One of the largest photography competitions on the U.S. West Coast. More than 4,000 images are submitted from all over the world. Over 30 renowned photographers on the jury select around 1,000 of them for display.

Tom O Scott receives an Honorable Mention in the Fine Art Abstract category, for the Sand Vision image, "Necklace".
Tom O Scott wins 1st Place in the Abstract/Still Life division for "Campfire." He also wins 4th place for "The Tempest" in Abstract/Still Life, and 3 honorable mentions in the Nature category for "Necklace", "Sleeping Siren", and "Tentacles". Thousands of photographers from all over the world enter this competition, one of the largest on the west coast.
