A great sauce for meats, especially pork loin, and other vegetables

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 2 shallots minced
  • 1 C Marsala wine
  • 1 Tblsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 C heavy cream

PREPARATION

  1. Melt butter over medium heat and add shallots. Cook until soft.
  2. Stir in Marsala, mustard, and cream. Cook until reduced by half (about 20 min.)
