A great sauce for meats, especially pork loin, and other vegetables
- 2 tblsp butter
- 2 shallots minced
- 1 C Marsala wine
- 1 Tblsp Dijon mustard
- 1 C heavy cream
- Melt butter over medium heat and add shallots. Cook until soft.
- Stir in Marsala, mustard, and cream. Cook until reduced by half (about 20 min.)
