Low Carb Ketchup

 

Ingredients

  • 6 oz can low-carb tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Splenda
  • 1 scallion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Add all ingredients to blender. No cooking is required although warming it for a bit will let the flavors meld more easily. Be sure to add the spices. They are important for that "ketchup" flavor.
