Pork Loin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tblsp. Dijon mustard
  • Montreal seasoning
  • 1 pork tenderloin - approx. 2 lbs.
  • ingredients in Dijon Marsala sauce

PREPARATION

  1. About 30 minutes before cooking apply Montreal seasoning to pork loin
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Coat pork loin with Dijon mustard
  4. Cook for 20 minutes. Turn, and cook for another 20 minutes. Internal temp should be 140.
  5. Slice pork and put on serving dish. Pour Dijon Marsala Sauce over the top.
