Pork Loin with Dijon Marsala Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tblsp. Dijon mustard
- Montreal seasoning
- 1 pork tenderloin - approx. 2 lbs.
- ingredients in Dijon Marsala sauce
PREPARATION
- About 30 minutes before cooking apply Montreal seasoning to pork loin
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat pork loin with Dijon mustard
- Cook for 20 minutes. Turn, and cook for another 20 minutes. Internal temp should be 140.
- Slice pork and put on serving dish. Pour Dijon Marsala Sauce over the top.
